Won't Print?
We Fix That.

Professional AI Design Rescue Service — Panama City Beach's First and Only

You used ChatGPT, Canva, or another AI tool to create your design. It looks great on your screen. But when you bring it to a print shop, suddenly there's a problem — the file is the wrong resolution, the wrong color mode, or the wrong format entirely. Sound familiar? You're not alone. This happens every single day, and it's not your fault. AI tools are built for screens, not for print. That's exactly why we created our AI Design Rescue service.

Common Problems

What Goes Wrong With AI-Generated Files

Low Resolution

AI tools typically output files at 72 DPI — perfect for a phone screen, but far too low for professional printing. The result? Blurry, pixelated output that doesn't represent your vision.

Wrong Color Mode

Screens use RGB color. Professional printing uses CMYK. Without proper conversion your colors will shift — sometimes dramatically — between what you see on screen and what comes off the press.

Missing Print Setup

Professional print files require bleed areas, safe zones, and crop marks. AI tools don't add these — which means your finished product could be misaligned or trimmed incorrectly.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Great question — and honestly, this comes up more than you'd think. When you create something in ChatGPT, Canva, or any AI tool, that file is built for a screen, not a printing press. The resolution is typically set way too low, the color mode is wrong for print, and the file size usually doesn't match what you actually need printed. It looks perfect on your phone or laptop — but the moment we try to scale it up and run it through our equipment, things start to fall apart pretty quickly. The good news? This is fixable. That's exactly what our AI Design Rescue service is here for.

This is one of those things nobody tells you until it's too late. The short answer is — not a JPG or PNG from an AI tool. For professional printing we need your file at 300 DPI, set up in CMYK color mode, and ideally delivered as a print-ready PDF or an editable vector file like an AI or EPS. And here's one more thing most people don't think about — bleeds and crops. Bleeds are a small extension of your design beyond the edge of the page that give us a little room when we trim your finished piece. Crop marks tell us exactly where to cut. Without these, you run the risk of ending up with a white edge on your finished product or important content getting trimmed off. If those terms don't mean anything to you, don't worry — that's literally what we're here for.

In most cases we can turn around a rescued file within one to two business days. If your project is straightforward — which a lot of them are — we can sometimes move even faster than that, especially if you have a deadline. The best thing to do is reach out early. The tighter the timeline, the sooner we need to know about it. We've been doing this for over 20 years and we're pretty good at working with deadlines — just don't wait until the morning of to call us.

Yes and no — and here's the difference. If you can export your Canva project as a PDF with bleeds enabled before you bring it to us, there's a good chance we can work directly with that file and make the adjustments needed to get it print-ready. Canva actually has that option buried in the export settings and it makes a big difference. However, if you've already exported it as a JPG or PNG — or if the resolution just isn't there — then we're looking at a full recreation. We'll use your design as the reference so we know exactly what you're going for and rebuild it properly in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Either way you keep your vision. We just make sure it actually prints the way you imagined it.

Here's the simplest way to explain it — RGB is how your screen makes color, using red, green, and blue light. CMYK is how a printing press makes color, using cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink. They're two completely different systems, and colors that look vibrant on a screen in RGB can look dull, dark, or just plain different once they're converted to CMYK and put on paper. That's why you'll sometimes print something and say "that's not the color I picked" — and you're right, it isn't. It's not your fault and it's not our equipment. It's just the difference between light and ink. We do the conversion properly so what you approve on screen is as close as possible to what comes off the press.
